A Leader without Vision is like a Candle without a Wick
The vision of a company decides between peak performance and average. It does not matter if it is a pure business enterprise, a sports company, or a personal challenge. Entrepreneurs and leaders need to have a clear vision of the future.
Leadership is always about a specific objective or goal, which is not yet achieved. Therefore, if the manager or his employees do not know which direction to go, the leadership is pointless because it is aimless.
If there is no clear vision or is mainly unknown to the employees, they are confronted with different priorities, double burdens, and false starts. This flooding with unnecessary inputs leads to an uncontrolled waste of energy for the participants.
But with the help of a clear vision, the employees can act actively and work towards a common result. Moreover, a clear vision leads to a strong, targeted corporate culture. This forms the environment in which all measures take place.
