In the age of AI, the old saying

‘the dose makes the poison’

takes on a new meaning. Nowadays, we consume information through screens instead of chalices. We often forget that even the most advanced algorithm can be overwhelming if we overindulge in it. We must be like modern-day Socrates and question not only what we consume, but who is offering it. In the digital world, it’s not just about the quantity of information we consume but also the quality and nature of what we choose to allow into our minds.
